Ten action steps for the sustainable and public welfare-oriented use of AI in spatial development.

Based on ist findings, the working group “Artificial Intelligence in Spatial Development” of the ARL (Academy for Spatial Development in the Leibniz Association) has developed ten action steps for the sustainable and public welfare-oriented use of AI in spatial development. As a member of the working group, Frank Othengrafen primarily analyzed the potential uses and fields of application of AI tools in municipalities and helped to derive the action steps for public administration and planning.
